Donations

The purpose is to raise and receive contributions from community donations to such organizations, individuals, committees, projects, or programs that are organized or operated for religious charitable, scientific, testing for public safety, literary or educational purposes, or for the prevention of cruelty to children or animals, as those terms are defined in Section 501 (C) 4 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, with the express intent and purpose to foster and advance the general welfare, prosperity and best interests of the City of Hutchinson; to encourage the growth and development of the City of Hutchinson and surrounding area; to cooperate with other agencies, organizations, groups and individuals having similar purpose and goals.
